How to Walk in Freedom

And Lead Others Into Theirs

A refresher course on inner healing and deliverance. Part one walks you into your own freedom. Part two puts the tools in your hands to lead someone else into theirs.

Walk free. Set free.

Two Halves of One Course

Most freedom teaching stops the moment you get free. That is halfway. Freedom you cannot hand to anyone else is a testimony; freedom you can hand to someone else is a ministry.

Jesus never treated deliverance as the specialty of a gifted few. He handed it to ordinary disciples and told them to go do it. That is the whole conviction behind this course: freedom is not a mystical gift reserved for people with a title, it is a teachable skill that belongs in the hands of the local church.

So we do both halves. First we walk through your own healing and freedom honestly, because you cannot lead someone somewhere you have never been. Then we turn around and teach you how to sit across from another person and walk them through the same thing, with the wisdom and the safeguards that keep it healthy.

Freely you have received. Freely give. — Matthew 10:8

Inner healing and deliverance is not navel-gazing. It is temple maintenance, and the temple exists so that ministry can happen in it.

From Session 1, Authority and Gifting

Part One · Walk Free

The authority you already have, how ground gets given, inner healing, deliverance, and the part almost everyone skips: how to keep it.

Part Two · Set Free

How to walk another person through freedom step by step, the safeguards that keep it healthy, and how to send them home whole.

The Sessions

Every session has a printable handout with the notes, the key scriptures, and the practice. All of it is free, and you are welcome to run this with your own small group or leadership team.

Part One

Walk Free

Your own healing and freedom, in the order it actually happens.

Session
1

Authority and Gifting

Three words kept distinct all night: authority, faith, and extra grace. Authority is the delegated right, given to every believer by commission, and it is true whether or not you believe it. Faith is your agreement with that fact. A gift adds grace for consistency in an area; it never creates an exclusive right. Then why wounds matter: they take nothing from your authority, but they are exactly where faith divides and where the power flow gets pinched.

Luke 10:19 · Matthew 10:8 · Romans 3:3-4 · 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Session
2

Won or Lost in What We Believe

Spiritual warfare is won or lost in what we believe. Faith and a believed lie are the same faculty pointed in two directions, and the event is never the wound — the belief is. How a lie gets installed, the four places it lands, and how a feeling can expose one. The enemy holds no right against the cross: ground is conceded, not seized, and an agreement can be withdrawn. Ownership is settled, occupancy is contested — the stronghold is the house, and we walk through how the ground is actually reclaimed.

Genesis 3:1-5 · 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 · Ephesians 4:26-27 · Isaiah 28:15-16

Session
3

Inner Healing

Bringing Jesus into the memory instead of around it. Forgiveness as an act of the will and not a feeling, renouncing the agreement, and replacing the lie with what God actually says. The heart gets healed before the enemy gets evicted, and in that order for a reason.

Isaiah 61:1-3 · 2 Corinthians 10:3-5

4

Deliverance

What it is, what it is not, and why a Christian can be genuinely free in Christ and still be carrying something that needs to go. The authority is already yours. We walk through how it is actually exercised, plainly and without theatrics.

Luke 10:19 · Mark 16:17

Staying Free

The session almost every ministry skips, and the reason so many people get free and then lose it. A swept house left empty gets refilled. Freedom is kept the same way it is received: truth, community, repentance, and the ordinary disciplines nobody posts about.

Luke 11:24-26 · Galatians 5:1

Part Two

Set Free

How to lead someone else into the freedom you have received.

Session
6

The Authority You Already Have

Jesus gave this to ordinary disciples, not to specialists with credentials. If you have the Holy Spirit, you have everything required to help someone else get free. The only real question is whether you will use it.

Luke 10:19 · Matthew 10:8

7

How to Lead Someone Through Freedom

The practical walkthrough. How to open, what to ask and in what order, how to listen for the root instead of chasing the symptom, when to press in, when to stop, and how to close so the person leaves settled rather than stirred up.

James 5:16 · Galatians 6:1-2

8

Wisdom and Safeguards

What to do when someone manifests. When the right answer is a counselor, a doctor, or your pastor instead of you. Ministering in twos, confidentiality, staying under covering, and the humility that keeps this ministry safe for the people it serves.

Proverbs 11:14 · 1 Corinthians 14:33, 40

9

Sending Them Home Whole

Freedom that lasts needs somewhere to land. Follow-up, discipleship, and getting the person rooted in a church family, because people who are set free need a body to be set free into. This is why deliverance belongs in the local church.

Ephesians 4:11-16 · Colossians 2:6-7

Anyone Still Carrying Something

You love Jesus and something still has a grip on you. Start in part one. There is no shame in this room and no performance required.

Anyone People Come To

Small group leaders, prayer team, the friend everyone calls at midnight. Part two gives you a framework instead of good intentions.

Pastors and Leaders

You want this ministry running in your church, with your own people, safely and biblically. That is exactly what this is built to do.

Run This With Your Church

The whole course and every handout are free to use with your small group, your leadership team, or your whole church. No permission needed. If you want personal ministry first, Freedom Sessions are free as well.
